Is this really possible?

I know the human body can be simultaneously highly resilient and fragile, but squeezing someone's nuts so hard that you rupture the skin and have the balls pop out seems to be frankly beyond belief.

Depends n whether she was grabbing bare skin ot not I suppose. The skin down there is pretty fucking thin, and it wouldn't seem beyond the realms of possibility that a fingernail could pierce it and a bit more mauling could open up a tear.

IIRC the bunkai-focused karate crowd actually starts their wrist grab techniques under the assumption that their wrist was grabbed while going for a groin grab.
