Ha Ha Dale. That's interesting:
Its been over a decade since the last update and video. So after law school I finally had time to re-do some things. I have a Flowing Motions DVD coming out soon, and the new website is here: www.flowingcombat.net.
Any constructive feedback would be appreciated. I am awaiting more demo uploads, and the new DVD demos as well. Still some work to go.

One of my students is a cop who has used what I have taught him to take down violent criminals. In fact, he took ground across a living room and used Hsing-I to take down a suspect in a standoff. As he was being cuffed, the perp looked up at my student and said, "Man that was fast. How did you do that?" The cop told me about it later, very excited to use it in real law enforcement. In other words, real life.
Maybe I should list my credentials as doing "training for police officers." Wink wink.

Next time I see Chen Bing, I'll tell him that his uniform fosters a sense of division and prejudice, and is an ego and status symbol. But I'll tell him my name is Gary.

I think I should take up Mouth Boxing I have a feeling I would be really good at it. No world champion or anything like that but a good solid amateur like a golden gloves winner.
