"This is an opem group created by me Sensei George Foteinis originally from America.
I hold a Black Belt in Brazillian Ju-jitsu as well as black belts in Okinawan Karate and have Trained and competed in MMA and BJJ.
I have some Muay Thai traing as well as Grappling, NOGI jujitsu, and various other styles along the years. I started Martial arts at the age of 8 and have been going strong ever since this being my 22 year traing martial arts.
