    Apparently when he was a young man in the 1960s and had become a prominent exponent in the Ring, he was approached by Cus D'Amato who wanted him to turn pro.

    How's that for an endorsement?

    If you didn't train with him guys, you have no idea what you were missing. He was amazing and as real as it gets. He was a wrestler also and he never got KOed or knocked down-how many pros can sat they have 0 L's on their full contact record. Amazing man.

    I gathered as much. Ever since I heard about him about a year back I've always hoped I could at least attend a seminar or something. Well, I won't.
