Hmmm....Thanks a lot for your replies. Probably i'm going to give a shot to the free week and test both judo and my back on pressure to make sure I'm good for it.And then probably I'm going to take some tests to an orthopedist to check wether my hernias have gone bigger or have been "eliminated :P" to a point, probably the second as I didn't have any pains the past 3 years including the training ones.Really thanks for the info guys!!!

I've just spoken to a friend who is an athlete doctor (I don't know if the word Athliatros is viable in English) who specialises on back injuries. He saw my MRI and said that i won't have any problem at all as my problem is common on martial art practitioners and recomended that i should make every technique the right way. So i guess I'll be telling you my experiences on the near future :)

It's not surprising you have a back issue from Judo. many of the throws involve bending over, couple that the possibility of screwed up ukemi on your landings and you have a recipe for pain.
Regardless, I hope you recover soon without surgery, in the future, once you're back in an operational condition for combat, start doing more lower back/transverse abdominus strengthening exercises like the plank [ bridges ] and back hypers.
Also anytime you plan to exert a lot of force [ lifting weights while standing/throws/kicks/ etc ] tighten your abs by sucking your stomach in and hold it, that will engage the transverse muscle and support your spine better decreasing your chances of slipping or herniating a disc. -
