Arm wrasslin'

I was arm wrestling a friend last night, when I discovered something... Getting the opponents arm all the way down is HARD!!! I could control him at will but that last inch was nearly impossible. In fact I never made it. At this point it seems as if the only muscle thats going to finish the job is my rotator cuff and it just wasnt up to it. So, for any who knows much about arm wrestling, I have a question. Is there some special way of going about this that makes it easier to finish them off?

Slap them with your other hand
Kick their shin under the table

Arm wrestling is a good way to tear your rotator cuff or rip your bicep. Make sure your warmed up before your matches.

As for finishing them off, try bringing your hand close to your body and using your bodyweight to help push their arm down.

In arm wrestling matches they have those pads. They don't put the guy's arm flush on the table.

I would routinely try and crush my opponent's hand with my grip. It worked well.

Right after you start, try to pull your opponent's hand as close to your body as possible. This maximizes your leverage and minimizes his. It'll also make it easier to clear that last inch.

It's all about wrist control. When you do the initial grip and no one is resisting grip his hand like you are trying to curl it towards your forearm. Leverage baby./

That's legal? My wrists are very weak and people always do that to me and then I complain. Different people say different things about the legality of it.
