My first thought was dash cam?

But then for the price of a car. The amount of injury and death that is car related. I am suprised they are not standard.

I was hoping to actually see an izraeli in a fight. Krav and all of that.

Apparently in Russia, they pretty much are standard.

I've heard the same. Horrific insurance fraud, supposedly. Back up into a guy at the red light, then grab your neck and roll around on the ground until the check comes in.
