Bigger fighters score more knockouts for 2 obvious reasons that are far more important than cage size: They hit motherfucking harder than small guys. Structural integrity and ability to take damage doesn't increase as much as power does with regard to weight. Bigger guys hit harder and knock motherfuckers out more.
Secondly, they don't move as much as small guys. Because they have more mass to move. So more power shots land.
Would it be true on the street? That depends. Which street are we talking about? Because if it's a street in a Red Light District then motherfuckers be getting knocked up no matter what size they are.my question is, would this data be true if you werent in a ring or cage? for example a street fight? im sure there would be many contributing factors to this; how many opponents, terrain, weather. but im thinking if you did these tests with street confrontations, it would turn out the same.
