FINALLY. SO they gave me a sheet with some techniques on it and said they'll test me on the 31st. Just how well am I supposed to know this stuff? On a good day I could probably demo it with a good uke. On a great day I might actually hit a throw in randori. Really any clue would be helpful

Which grade? If it's for your first belt, just try not to soil yourself and you should be ok. If it's for your black the standard's going to be a little higher.
