That should give some nice ideas, though excludes some of my favorites. Those are all quick to do and hard to mess up. The only things I'd add are to keep your chest up and your ribs down. If your ribs are coming up, you're extending your lumbar spine.
Also be sure to integrate your breathing especially on the rotation. Deep diaphragmatic breathing at your end range of motion will give you a lot more freedom of movement. -
