The reverse triangle is great for isolating that arm and barring it out over one of your hips (sit up and tuck their wrist, thumb up, under your arm pit and lay back) but I rarely get choking pressure on it.

Yup, I think that I have pulled it off once..........Then again, Sankaku Jime is not my strongest sub. I drill and drill but I have thick legs that don't seem to choke people well.

If you lose the arm in the turnover it's actually really easy to transition into a pin. Basiclally you roll up onto your side as they slip the arm and you're in a modified Kesa.

One time when some dude was turtling on (well technically UNDER) me, I put him in a full nelson then rolled forward. When he rolled on top of me I put my hooks in and went for the choke.
EDIT: Oh wait, full nelson isn't allowed in judo. Oh well. DO IT ANWAY.

I usually just kick them in that area between anus and nuts, but I don't know how legal that is.

I just use the cowboy method of opening them up for the hooks. If they give me any leeway, I am reaching in for a collar.Locu5
