MIchigan Vets: Westboro baptist church

Funeral services for GySgt Price will be at 10am on Saturday, August 11th, 2012 in the worship center of Central Wesleyan Church, 446 West 40th Street, Holland, MI 49423 with Rev. Phil Vos officiating. Burial will follow and be at the Pilgrim Home Cemetery of Holland.

Westboro is planning on protesting this funeral. Let's show up in force!

If you're not part of the funeral itself and will be counter-protesting, you might want to get permission from your command to show up in uniform for this.

You know... when does the new law go into effect? I kind of wonder about the effects of sort of... forcing the Westboro Assholes' Church into the 300 foot ring. I'd imagine they wouldn't like a $50,000 per head fine.

There are one or two reserve Marine units in Battle Creek that may be interested in this information. Motorcycle clubs have always been really supportive of the military in the Detroit area, hopefully that extends way west out in Holland as well.
