ilovekickboxing

Okay, I searched for it, but only found a couple of hits, so, here goes:
on the ilovekickboxing website there is a video of a 'typical class', it shows the regular cardio kickboxing stuff, but (blink and you'll miss it) it also shows some 'sparring' and at least one instance of some sort of 'grappling'. question is: is this really representative of the ilovekickboxing program, or is this all just a hype.
I'm looking for a replacement for judo until I can get this stupid gallstone out, and it would seem to be a good way to lose some weight and tone up, but is there any actual sparring involved in it, or is it a marketing ploy to separate me from my meager cashish?

Why don't you go to a class and talk with the instructor(s)? Unless somebody here goes to that school, we have the same amount of knowledge you do.

I'd also say go and check it out.

Also if you have a gallstone I'm not sure you want to even think about getting punched in that area. I spent months in agony with just a tiny one, I wouldn't risk going back to that kind of pain for anything.

Succesful slip but only grazed with the hook activating lordbd passive skill "Machida" to evade.

I love kickboxing back in the days when the TKD guys were the tough guys.
