Hey Tonuzaba, thank you for your advice! I already keep a training log for the last six weeks of my training. I will starting posting it on here to see if anyone can help me out with 'issues'.

Regarding my mental attitude ie I will get smashed. I'm a realist, I am outweighed 99 percent of the rolls I have. I know I do not have the depth of knowledge in techniques to nullify my opponents body strength YET. I don't get crushed every time, but 80 percent of my rolls usually end in my heavier opponent getting a top position and me expending my effort trying to breathe, survive and escape! I know though that this doesn't have to be a lasting situation and it's outcome is very much dependent on myself.
