But to summarize. I do not support barenkucklee. I think it adds more problems than it solves, I base this mainly on the fact that retinal/ocular injury as well as facial fractures become more likely. There is always the damage to the hands to consider. Also, it is fucking boring. Bo-fucking-ring.

My forearms were sore for a week and a vein on my fore arm got poped under the skin and formed a big lump

This raises an interesting point. How does one train barenkucklee while not fucking your hands to ****? Can you simply use gloves? I imagine that would **** with the dynamic and fly in the face of that motherfucking "train like you fight" ****.
