Agree with you. It's affordable and a good place to work out. You gotta push yourself there no one is going to teach you much. If I had the money I would train elsewhere but like I said above, even boxing has become very expensive and not accessible to the average working Joe.
hello folks. I had to register here just so I can say something. I joined Sugarrays last May and thouroughly enjoy my membership. Mind you I am fairly new to boxing, and at my age have no ambitions to compete. Bob is fine, in fact I truly enjoy when he train me 1:1, we have a blast, funny jokes and such. He can be abusive, but in a good way, just so you stop cheating or to may you work a little harder, nothing wrong with it, really, just like a good sarge. I see some flock of coaches working there, I lilke coaching from only one or two of them other than Bob himself. Bob never refused if I asked for some training, keep in mind that he knows that he is wasting his time on me. Somebody mentioned boxer dementia - totally wrong
I would appear that the op and his alter-egos are the ones with boxer's dementia. Could someone at least visit the gym and do a review.
