Style: BJJ--
I have taken a short vacation. I planned on going back next week. If the running starts hurting my feet, I will ask to do something alternative, while the guys are doing their circle run.
It is definitely a good, full body workout. I was actually surprised that I wasn't more sore afterwards, but I was definitely wiped out that night and the next day.
I wish I could take the kickboxing too, but I got to draw the line somewhere, right? -
