I'm only 26 and this happens to me every time I take more than 5days off from training. When I get back, the day after training I feel strong and immortal. I've finally forced my body into line through the power of my will. Day 2, I drink beer in the bathtub all night and wonder how it is that so many different parts can hurt all at once.

Holy ****...I was going to post something exactly like this this morning, but couldn't because work got busy.
Why do I have to like jits so much. My knees and elbows need to be iced every day..I'm gassed after 2.5 minutes of rolling...I haven't been able to lift in 2 weeks...parts of my body hurt that I didn't know existed...I have more bruises on my arms/neck than when I was a kid. Why god why...Why did I decide to do this at 40 years old:( And I smoke too...I wish someone would kick me in the balls everytime I want to smoke a butt. -

Not too many hospitals have smoking cessation counselors yet I don't think, but there are freely available resources (e.g. hotlines etc.)
