That is good to hear. Probably one more thought, though: Don't overexpose yourself. Especially if you are looking to achieve a considerable weight loss, and having difficulties managing the feelings you experience while training, take time to train alone.
Like, bagwork, shadowboxing, running, or lifting. It will give you the time to confront your demons on your own, without having to make smiley-face for the guy who holds your pads. -
