I have four letters for you all, well four letters and a character, J-LAU! I loved the fight between he and Varner. It had striking, wrestling and grappling. Definitely one of the better fights I have seen this year.

That was a really good card. Machida was in top form and the Shogun fight showed a lot of heart.

I really like the Swick - Johnson. Tons of action, a good matchup. Swick looked pretty good out there.

Lauzon vs Varner was a great fight that showed everything, Machida looked sharp against Bader, and Vera showed quite a bit of heart. It seemed like Shogun just didn't have much motivation. Sure, he won, but he should have done so a lot earlier.

I've noticed him use more wrestling in his last few fights though. Maybe hes been focusing on that to try to match Jones, and as a result has let his striking slide?
