Yeah, fitting clip-less pedals and over tightening them. Thank God I actually took the Bike shop advice and kept them loose.

I then fell over when stationary at Traffic Lights. Then I got used to them...:-)

Lol, my buddy (who got me into MTB) was pretty good before going clipless. He finished his first clipless ride, did great, to the point where he totally forgot he was wearing them..then at the trailhead forgot he was clipped in when he stopped by his truck. Whap!

I've been all about the Mass Effect 3 lately. But I've still made BJJ. That said, there have been times were the call of the video game was too much to resist.

I'm better with it now; I just go to BJJ and play video games on my lunch and into my sleep time.

Work keeps me from training more then I care to admit. "Teddybear's Picnic" account for a fair number of missed classes as well.

My dumbest though, I think. Was showing up for Judo, getting into my Gi and as class started, and we knelt for seiza, ripping the crotch out of my gi pants. Nothing quite so loud as ripping fabric in a quiet room.
I do not aspire to be great, or even good, I hope to suck a little less then last class.

Have you played Skyrim? Worlds better, imo.

Dumbest reason I've missed training, hmmm.... 'sponsibility!! But seriously, I have yet to have a "dumb" reason to miss training. I'm kind of excited my first is coming up either this weekend or next which is to go to an anime showing!!

Getting a 360 was kind of an unexpected thing, and Oblivion came in a two-pack with Fallout 3 for twenty bucks, so I went for that instead of the newer stuff. I expect I'll be occupied by the two for a while, since I only play once or twice a week.

Edit: Crap, for SOME reason I thought this was the video games thread.

Your first time should not be at an anime showing. Tentacles abound.
