OP video is about 12 BPM (BAMs per minute), I got that by sampling the 6 "BAM"s in the first 30s and doubling it. Science!

There was a flurry of activity to notify the Australian Army. I did receive an email from an Aussie Army Major saying they would investigate a number of links and contact LH. I have heard nothing further.
