    Anybody here like that Shoulder Bacon? (aka Cottage Bacon)

    This stuff is good! You get the meatiness of Canadian bacon with the marbled fat tastiness of belly bacon. And it's more tender than either! Two slices can be a decent portion. I highly recommend!
