for breakfast i have fiber one cereal and some fruit. for lunch i have salad and yogurt. for dinner i usually have something small like fish, soup, salad, veggies, etc. i only drink water. i also do cardio exercise (dancing) for at least 30 minutes a day. some days i dont get the time to, but i do when i can, which is at least 5 days a week. i'm about 5'3 and 109 pounds. i'd like to get down to like 102 or 100 pounds. if i continue this how long should i be before i reach my goal?

What is your definition of "cardio"?
Why are you losing weight? Is it purely aesthetic?
How much of the diet are you consuming?

I think that you have quite normal weight. Even if you are a girl you have normal weight. 109 pounds with 5,3 height seems to be fine. So if you are trying to reduce more weight try running or jogging along with your current food plan. But Still I think you are fit and healthy.

Welcome to Bullshido. Did you see your physician before you started this regimen? What intensity level do you do your cardio? Why would you want to lose weight in the first place?
