This "documentary" is as old as my balls, and brings nothing new to any of the other Systema BS out there. You'd think that Spray-Tan would be able to actually pronounce the names of the guys he's nut-riding:

I reached 2 kyu in judo (blue belt), I've been in a few local competitions, nothing big. But I've now gone over to sambo.

Where do you live? 2nd kyu in judo is more often than not a second level brown belt.

It's tough love nobody needs to prove themselves to you. Your recognition means jack **** to most of us, you're just a kid who thinks Systema is a good idea. What we would like though is to see an end to all bullshit arts, one misguided soul at a time.

People will lie to you and tell you every style is good that's not the truth mate. Truth is the way some styles are trained just plain old fashioned sucks dick, that is the truth.
