Looking for MMA school in Vancouver

Vancouver or Burnaby, preferably Burnaby. I train grappling but it's quite far away. I love it, but I want to try doing full on mma fights, where I can do more than just submit. Are there any good mma gyms around here?

I know it may not be precisely what you are looking for, but I feel obliged to point out that Gracie Barra Vancouver has both BJJ, boxing, and Muay Thai classes, and Rodrigo has helped prepare a few MMA fighters; and a few of our guys have stepped up to win their amateur kickboxing and/or MMA debuts. Not an MMA school per se, but there you are.
