This is an insightful, accessible, and hilarious rumination on life. By turns hysterical and heartwarming, Lyons writes with the smooth self-assurance of a man whose varied life experiences have left him wiser, but not jaded. A triumph.

To be clear my book is not really a commercial grade product, more of a vanity project. I suspect the reviewer may be someone who knows me but quite frankly I can't think of anyone off hand that would use a word like "rumination". The other review that says it makes a good read while on the toilet is a friend of mine and possibly the more accurate reviewer.

Considering some of more successful commercial grade 'literature' over the last few years maybe he thought it was a welcome change.
