Dips are possible, climbing a rope, not far if at all, but I hope that when I'm 72 I can get my arms high enough to grab the rope. If the report is correct (she goes to the field almost every day and works out), she is probably in decent shape. It didn't say how many reps or sets she does. Still, thumbs up.
If it has Tires or Tits, expect problems.

Doesn't actually show her doing anything though apart from sitting up. On the "dip" her feet are blurred while the rest of her is in focus which means she's probably just done a little jump for the camera. She's also wearing football trainers that are two sizes too big for her and don't look they get used every day for "exercise in the park". They probably belong to that goofy kid in the top pic.
I don't buy it. Thread would have been better if it just had pics of any of the thousands of martial artists/sportsmen and women who are still genuinely rocking it in their 70s.

Even though its been a while and the guy passed away in 2011 I still have to give it up to Jack LaLanne
1984 (age 70): handcuffed, shackled, and fighting strong winds and currents, towed 70 rowboats, one with several guests, from the Queen’s Way Bridge in the Long Beach Harbor to the Queen Mary, 1 mile. -
