71 Year Old Stops Robbers

Just as the title says. Two teen robbers come into an internet cafe and attempt to rob the place when an elderly man surprised them by pulling out his gun and firing. Surveillance video shows the incident from 3 different angles.

I haven't heard if he hit them, but he made his point. The introduction of the video said that a patron shot two would be robbers.

Weird how the guy doesn't shoot back, even reflexively. Is that common or are we calling fake/unloaded gun (presuming that actually happens in the US, tis fairly common here)?

I read he made a hit into the hips and buttock of one of the attackers with a .380ACP. I want you all to note how ineffective the shots were and how if the attackers were determined, he would have been fux0red. One of the BGs even had his weapon pointed at him. Don't count on a gun to save you. You need to be able to put a lot of rounds into a specific area in a short amount of time! Practice Practice Practice

Playing the "What if" game is silly at this point. He may not have killed his attackers but the shots were indeed effective.

My favorite part is how the robber seems to be whining but is not taking into account that he ran into a building brandishing a weapon attempting to rob them. It reminds me of a robbery when I was in Augusta where 3 young guys try to rob a convience store and the owner fought back. He shot and killed on of the robbers and his mom on on TV crying saying he had no business shooting her baby.
