Apparently you can't distiguish between the stink of Chaos and the incense of Buddhism.

Agreed. But I never played that much anyway, so tournament restrictions never bothered me. I have several Reaper figures inducted into the Inquisition.

since you bastards actually made me think about it....

the best knife fighter in WH40k is Lieutenant Kage, 13th Penal Legion ("The Last Chancers")

I haven't read that, but my brother really liked that book/set of books. I just finished the first Eisenhorn book. It was a little predictable, but also incredibly badass.

This is true of all 40k fiction, at least the good stuff.

if you wanna little change, pick up the Brunner Omnibus. He's like Boba Fett dropped into Lord of the Rings. Probably my favorite character in classic fantasy WH.

LOL yep, that would be Brunner. He's probably the hardest gnarliest dick in Warhammer, except for maybe Gotrek.

    here's the blurb...

Publication Date: April 1, 2010 | Series: Warhammer Bastion Wars
There are reports of an uprising on the planet of Solo-Baston. Indigenous forces are rebelling against Imperial rule, led by the mysterious 'Dos Pares'. Amidst the conflict, the 31st Riverine Imperial Guard are dispatched to seek and destroy a vital piece of weaponry, but find themselves beset on all sides by hostile forces. And what they originally thought was simple tribal warfare soon reveals a much more sinister activity. Henry Zou's latest novel serves as a prequel to Emperor's Mercy and delivers non-stop action and mystery in the grim world of Warhammer 40,000.

Man, now I got to know how it goes down. Thanks for the heads up OP.
