Can anyone recommend a Hawaiian martial arts school (Kajukenbo, Hawaiian Kempo, etc) that allows tourists to do drop in lessons while visiting Oahu?

There are a few schools that accept "tourists".
You should get a few numbers from the phone book (available on line) and call them. They could tell you directly. Most kempo/kenpo schools in Hawaii are in Rec centers and elementary schools and garages. Of course there are some commercial schools and they are in the book.

Much of the Ke?po etc is under the JMA heading.
The Lua etc is under Miscellaneous.
Where will you be staying?

I too missed this...
I like Universal Kempo and they used to allow guest workouts, now as far as I know they want you to sign up, but you might call Prof Guiang to find out if it's cool.

Professor Clarence "Luna" Emperado of Kajukenbo Self Defense Institute allows guests, I think I might of signed a waver when I worked out with them. They have a new school downtown Honolulu:
