    Didn't you already say that samba [sic] wasn't to your liking because the submissions took too long to execute? Just make sure you go in with realistic expectations. Even arts like SAMBO, that were created by soldiers, take training, time, and dedication to develop proficiency. I just hope when you say "militaristic combative art" you're not imagining that you will become a killing machine after a one-week training montage of throat chops and bayonette thrusts.

    There is no quick fix. Pick something you enjoy and invest in it.

    i have looked Ralph up and to my knowledge his dojo is in dallas. Im looking for a dojo in the nyc area and thank you very much for telling me about Ralph. I don't think he has any dojos in nyc does he??
