    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Home training

    Sup dudes.

work and stress gets the best of me as usual but I am thinking about getting myself a 10 min morning training routine. I know that you guys don't actually work out yourself but I am going to try my luck anyway because I am a hopeless dreamer :) I will find my way without help so it is no problem if I don't get any help either.

So yeah I don't really have time to go to the gym but I want to work out 10 min each day at home. What exercises would be best? I did some push up yesterday followed by the yoga like stuff we do in bjj.
    Got anything better?

What are you trying to accomplish? 10 minutes probably isn't enough time to reap any real benefits. I recommend riding a bike to work.

Uh wrong. Anyway for 10 minutes you could maybe do some skills rehearsal.

That is about enough time to do breathing exercises, stretches and warm-ups to get ready for a workout.

If you REALLY only have 10minutes a day to exercise, I would direct you to http://hundredpushups.com/. You could do Pushups, sit-ups, squats one day and pullups-dips on off days. Should only take about 10-15 minutes each day and you'll be able to do some cool **** after a few months.

Alternate between workout #1 and #2.

Then later, find a good gym and get yourself a membership.

Warm up on your way from your bed and do ten minutes of kettlebell snatches, Turkish get-ups, and bent presses.
