    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Rare wing chun skill on YouTube

My teacher Mike Kaniewski has a new youtube channel where he demonstrates some basic but relatively unknown wing chun neigong, power training exercises and much more....

    http://www.youtube.com/user/yongchunwales

He would like to share what knowledge he has with others who enjoy our art.

Power in what sense, to develop striking power or is it a kind of meditation?

There are some exercises on there which are meditative that will add to striking power and some which are more physical.

Would you have time to meditate to gain power in a fight though?

No. We do lots of training so we have less to think about in a fight. What ever you do in a fight should come naturally to you without thought.

I dont think there are any videos of Mike fighting on the internet. His wing chun teacher learnt wing chun in the 60s pre bruce lee and only had a few students. Mike is also Alex Kozmas and Erle Montigues top student and he has trained bagua and chow gar with Paul Whitrod. Hes been doing martial arts his entire life and trains all day everyday. I wouldn't wish fighting him upon anyone.

We have a 2nd hand "reliable" source, neigong adding power,he trained with a questionable hippie (R.I.P), a Bruce lee reference, and 2 prowess claims.

Tell me why this doesn't belong in YMAS.
