North African Martial Art
The art is called Tazouri n Tammazla which translates to the art of fighting in the tamazight language. http://tammazla.blogspot.com/p/about-us.html
I came across it researching about my own culture and even though I understand that for many Berbers, this is a political statement, I'm not too sure about the credentials on this guy: http://tammazla.blogspot.com/p/about-founder.html
Suposedly the system is based on Japanese martial arts as well as forms from North African dances and cultural finds (kind of like Pankration)

Yeah, I don't really see a problem here. He's forthright about his martial arts background (which suggests a long history of study, but isn't so inflated as to be a red flag), and his art looks like JJJ. He's added in some stuff from his ethnic/cultural background but he's not misrepresenting it as some rare art passed down from the 34th generation grandmaster.
That said, I was sort of meh about the overly-reliant and too-complex techniques, but that's a different discussion.

!00%. He is another creator that decided too add the "ethnic" flavor to his art. It doesn't make him a fraud or questionable because he ADMITS he created the art.
Heck he actually admits it was created in 2010. Almost all hucksters do not give their original rank and claim it is thousands of years old with slight refinements.

I presume that thing where he passes the arm through the leg is one of his techniques recreated from old art sources, or something? There actually is a thing with that end point, sadly because he doesn't know how to fight, or more importantly wrestle, he has no chance of understanding it.

I'm very very suspicious about his claim to be a 2nd Dan in "Koryu Bujutsu," especially since he doesn't name a Koryu lineage to that claim.The fool thinks himself immortal,
If he hold back from battle;
But old age will grant him no truce,
Even if spears spare him.
