If you REALLY only have 10minutes a day to exercise, I would direct you to http://hundredpushups.com/. You could do Pushups, sit-ups, squats one day and pullups-dips on off days. Should only take about 10-15 minutes each day and you'll be able to do some cool **** after a few months.
