Do muscular guys get into more fights?

I read somewhere that muscular guys are often the target of bullies. Is this true? Do muscular guys provoke fights or are they targets?

I would figure that most people would not pick on muscular people since I would guess that they could take more pain and annihilate the other person.

If you're drunk and want to prove somethin' to your friends, you pick on the biggest fucker you can find and if/when you take him down, you "win".

'course, I usually don't hear of stuff like this happening with two sober and rational people...so perhaps it's the liquid courage factor.

I'm not that big but in my experience if all your friends are decent sized, nothing usually happens. If you're bigger and with only with one or two people you sometimes have people with little dog syndrome try and start ****. This is really a lose-lose-lose situation, if they start something and you whoop them, you're picking on the smaller kid. If they start something and you ignore it they think they "bitched you out" and you're now a mark. If they start something and you get whooped, you got your ass kicked by some small a-hole.

Too many people these days believe they can get away with saying anything that is part of the problem. Sometimes people need to have their mouths shut for them. There are consequences for your actions.

From some limited reading I think Michael Descado suffers from small dog syndrome. :D

I'm bigger than MOST, but certainly not ALL. I haven't been picked on since like 7th grade. Usually when **** goes down, it's two smaller guys punking each other, and I carry enough of an intimidation factor to step in and stop it.
