Dude, I sorta looked like that even when I was in shape and I definitely do now. I still run 3 miles at least 3 times a week if not every day. I should probably watch wtf i am eating

The Brits have weird classifications for buns. A bacon buttie is just a bacon bun.

They also call them baps or batches.

Ummm, maybe. They could also easily be just a plain bacon sammich,prolly with the bread used to wipe out the pan the bacon was cooked in lol.

I actually don't look that bad there, but I was about 105-110kg, which is about 15-20kg more than I am now, that alone is motivation. There was a lot going on around that time that motivates me, I was in a shitty emotionally abusive relationship that I sacrificed a lot of dignity in because I thought I was being stoic, I was strong as an ox, fit as a malley bull, but the size of a bison because I was eating **** while weightlifting, the background is a reminder of a shitty time in my life that I will never return to and finally, I wasn't following the path of righteousness that I began a couple of years ago, I had been diverted. I am motivated to never be diverted from that path again when I see that photo.
