Starting back to Tai CHi this week (I hope) MWF - 1 hour each
When my knee is stronger maybe judo.
Cardio 20 min ~5 times a week
3 days legs (50 min) (working on strengthening my knee)
2-3 days upper body (1 hour)

I can only make it to the dojo once a week. We practice for 3 1\2 hours though. I recently went to another dojo, which is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from my house, but well worth the trip. So now it looks like I'll be able to work out twice a week.
I go to the gym three times a week, but it's mostly for conditioning. I'm still pretty much a beginner, so I'd rather be spending my time on actually learning technique. The thing I need most right now is sparring practice because it seems to be my weak point. I'd also like to add BJJ to my training reimen, once I find a dojo that fits my schedule.

5 days a week about 3-4 hours a day of conditioning, bw exercises, impact training and kata

Three days BJJ (We have a guest instructor from the Brazilian Top Team, so I am putting off Shooto for now), Two days weights, one day Capoeira. The last day rest.
I run 8 km (5 miles) with sprints at irregular intervals.

I've started doing an extra 3 or 4 hours of MMA a week on top of my normal gym routine.
