Since no one else has chimed in here, I'll see if I can help. Are your forms the Chang-Hon (Blue Cottage) forms? I have learned those, and they are not the ones done by WTF practitioners.
Listed in order you probably would have seen them are: Chon-Ji, Tan-Gun, Toe-San, Won-Hyo, Yul-Kok, etc.
Sometimes ITF schools do these, and the A-KATO also do them. Does this help? Have you tried a Google Video search to see if you can find the forms you did?
I'm not the go-to authority on this. But I have shown my forms to other tae kwon do folks, and so often, they learned entirely different forms. So I do understand having a set of forms that is hard to find. -

So, your list is helpful, but it doesn't match the major lists of the hyungs (hyeongs) listed in the Wikipedia.
However, under the Pumsae listing, the forms are listed with descriptions similar to what you're describing. So perhaps you could research those forms, and see if they look like what you're doing. Otherwise, you might just have to ask someone at your old school.
Again, I'm no expert, I just figured I might be able to point you towards what you're looking for.
