Some MA Movies i thought i'd mention
Hey bullies- here are a few of my recent faves- don't know if everyone has seen them or not> but I think they are great.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1183252/ > chocolate- Thai boxing autistic girl who 'understands' MA- AWESOME FIGHTS & choreography
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0416499/ >fighter in the wind - BEST MA journey/training and REALLY satisfying story for those MA bullies who fancy themselves an underdog who refuses to quit.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1186371/ > Storm Warriors- A little fantasy/magic- but aside from seeing pokemon- 'cut' used as a sword attack- great fights
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1770650/ > BKO bangkok knockout- awesome choreography- a LOT of 'style vs style' fights in here (jeet kun do vs silat- thai boxing vs kung fu etc)
im sure ill think of others- but let me know what you guys think!:BabyTroll:
Chocolate was really great.
I haven't seen the others but I'll be checking them out.
I haven't seen ANY of these! Time to plan a martial arts and beer movie night!
Fighter in the wind, you will never see Pachinco the same way again" Pachinco-co"
Thanks guys- i really hoped a few bullies would check this out-
Here's one more- a little more- mainstream- but it still passed by alot of peoples attention>
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0471041/ >the tournament- pretty much like the condemned- assasins compete to the death- cool fights> awesome shot-gun fight scene with boone from lost
Wheels on Meals. Jackie Chan vs. Benny Urquidez. There's another one out there where Chan takes on a little kickboxer to great effect. Can't remember what that one was.
Chocolate was kinda slow, at least in the beginning. I fell asleep.
A really cool one Is Kuro Obi "Black Belt" it is about a karate dojo in Manchu when the Japanese army was occupying, really cool and the stars are all yudansha of their respective karate.
That would be "Gorgeous".
