    Anybody knows a good diet for a Boxer/BJJ?

    I've been boxing for 5 months now and been doing great with my diet and have everything controlled, i'm going to start BJJ this summer and i need a good diet that gives me more energy

    166 cm. 68 kg. I'm aiming to go down ~10 kg this summer
