Just found video of him:
He's good; he's poised and graceful, and I think the ballet/wushu blend is a unique angle on dance.
When I was into breakdancing, I'd occasionally throw some wushu - mostly the jumps and flying kicks and such. Now that I'm getting into cossack dancing, I'm finding the wushu blends with that quite nicely as well.The fool thinks himself immortal,
If he hold back from battle;
But old age will grant him no truce,
Even if spears spare him. -

Not a fan at all! Reminded me too much of a different flavour of XMA.
While XMA is dancing and pretending to be MAs, this is MA pretending to be dancing.
While I studied dancing and Combat Sports, it were not the "moves" that you took from one art to the other, but the stamina, the reflexes and the sense of timing.

I rather liked it...but then I can't do any of it.
I'm reminded that a Trad JJ Dan grade I used to know was a trained Ballet Dancer. He had Core Strength with excellent flexibility. He could stand in front of you and still kick you in the Head.
Remember, James Cagney was a Dancer - and a Black Belt in Judo. :-) -
