I dont think a Pro MMA fighter needs them to destroy an average thug, but yes They will improve the MMA fighter game a lot for example a grappler specialist who gets Savate, Kyokushin, Muay Thai and boxing techniques and tactics. But I thought the idea was to give an average joe instant knowledge?

I would like a link to this article you mentioned. I'm a cynical sob and I don't think the science to do what you're saying is anywhere remotely close to that level. Specifically I'm calling complete and utter bullshit on the part where random scientists have gotten together and installed/put a foriegn language in patients heads.
it's a pipe dream even further removed than cold fusion. -
