Style: Judo--
Although not technically a Martial Arts show, Last Man Standing does have some Martial Arts in it. Bascially its about a group of athletic individuals travelling around the globe to take part in different tribal or traditional sports. Whoever physically outperforms the rest in the most challenges is declared the winner.

There's about 15 seasons of TUF you could watch in the meantime :p.
Now, it's not a live action but Hajime No Ippo is a pretty awesome boxing anime. No real bullshit stuff in it, pretty cool following this tiny guy as he trains and fights his way to the top. I found it really motivating when I was starting training, heh. But could obviously not be your thing.
Then you have the over the top bollocks - Grappler Baki and Tough are the only two I've read/watched. -
