I do the p90x plyo workout and it is intense. Never made it through the whole hour. I think plyo is good for boxing because it builds cardio in intense intervals rather than long and slow like jogging if that makes sense.

Personally I think a lot of it im mental while sparring anyway.
this right here (i assume you meant "is"). I gas, especially if i am sparring against new guys/at a diff spot. really wish i could get over my nerves.
