Apparently he won't be spending any time in jail. Guess it's okay to get so messed up you wreck your car as long as nobody gets hurt. Kind of lame in my opinion though I'm never surprised when a celebrity gets off light.

Sounds typical to me also, unless evidence otherwise sounds like your issue is with the law not the celebrity.

Other replies seem on target. As long as everyone else receives similar punishment for similar crimes, it is at least fair. Write your congressman and ask for a review of that law. If you make enough noise, they will at least consider changing it.

That seems pretty well par for the course on a first offense for DUI in which no one is hurt and all property damage is paid for.
