I agree with what people are saying, I think I just failed at my point (too tired to coherently put together my own thoughts); OZZ does a good job at what I was trying to make a point of.

I know nothing about the law but to me that seems absurd. Was there any scientific literature which contained statistics indicting chapstick may cause a false high reading? Or proposed chemical mechanism for how chapstick could affect the reading? If not I do not want to live on this planet any more.
