You just attacked your support worker, didn't you? I bet you are typing this with your teeth since the straight jacket prohibits otherwise.

At the last throwdown I shared a standing takedown that when done properly leads to pin. I wrestled four years and used it in most my matches. It's called a reverse bulldog.

Imagine two wrestlers bent over in a wrestling clinch. It's ear to ear and the left hand grabbing behind the opponents right bicep. The right hand gripping the back of the neck.
With the right hand lift your elbow and cup his chin.
Now with left leg step straight across and inward towards his left foot. If you can clear it.
Now here is the part that takes precision and practice. Sink your hips as you pull him over your body. In the air (without an opponent) it looks like you are falling on your back. But you need to maintain control of his chin (cupped with right hand) and right tricep (grabbed by left). As you fall you turn away from him.
Performed properly he will end up on his back and if you know anything about wrestling you can T off for a pin. Or for NHB mount, ground, pound.
Xero is familiar with this maneuver, pm him for more wrestling info. The guys at the throwdown liked it because it took little muscle to pull off yet it was effective.
You are using the fact that a wrestling stance is already top heavy and foward leaning.

no , basically your shooting a single while you have an overhook(TIGHT) ok so you have shot in while keeping the overhook and you have one leg, now throw him over the side that you have overhooked, i could go into more detail if you need, but i imagine that you have a basic idea of a firemans carry dynamics

That only works on people sensitive to those nerves. Shun Shifu Townsend spend about a minute just digging into that notch trying to find my nerve. Sleeper, Midas Head, Iron Thumbs etc, those techs aren't effective on me or Maverickxv1 because we don't have the nerves. It will work on a lot of people though.

You can switch from a firemans carry into a really deep and tight double.

You usually have to catch someone offguard for that finger poke to really work. If you know its coming you can resist without too much trouble. It kind of falls under the parlor trick category.
