If he was under 6'3 I'd agree. I have a few friends between 280-300 that are 6'3 and far from fat.

Fair enough.
Right now I'm probably something in the order of 260 lbs myself. My naturally competitive weight is 205, so yeah... Maybe I'm 'projecting'.
